Crust Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
    4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
Preparation
    Coat an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat whites, chili powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Place bread crumbs on plate.
    Dip chicken in egg.
    Coat with crumbs.
    Place in baking dish.
    Oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Contains 156 calories; 1 gram fat; 470 sodium and 13 mg cholesterol.
