Chicken Breasts In Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained
    garnish: parsley
Preparation
    Dredge chicken breast with flour, salt and pepper.
    Place in skillet in which butter has been melted and garlic sauteed.
    Brown on both sides.
    Add wine and lemon juice.
    Cook 5 minutes or until done.
