Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bag frozen hash browns, thaw a little
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all of this together and place in a 9 x 11 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top (I use Italian cheese seasoned).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread crumbs are lightly browned.
