Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. chopped celery
4 c. chopped apples
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cook the cranberries with the 1 1/2 cups water and sugar until thick.
Let cool.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over the Jell-O; let it cool.
Add drained pineapple, celery, apples and nuts to Jell-O.
Mix well.
Add the cooked cranberries.
Put into large dish and refrigerate.
This salad will keep for several days.
