Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 pkg. onion soup mix, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, egg, soup mix, salt and nutmeg.
    Shape into balls.
    Cook in glass Pyrex baking dish.
    Cook 20 meatballs at a time.
    Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Rearrange after 3 minutes. Remove, keep drippings in the pan.
    Repeat until all meatballs are cooked.
