Easy Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
    1 Tbsp. onion or onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 3/4 c. water
    3 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation
    Flour and brown chicken.
    Put rice, salt and pepper in casserole.
    Add onion and mushrooms.
    Place chicken pieces on top. Pour bouillon over all.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
