Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
3 English muffins, split and toasted
24 slices pepperoni (each about 1 1/2-inches in diameter)
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation

Mix margarine and garlic; spread on muffin halves.
Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges; do not separate.
Place 1 slice pepperoni and 1 tomato half on each muffin wedge.
Place in broiler pan.
Mix cheese and oregano; sprinkle over muffin wedges. Set oven control to broil.
Broil muffin wedges with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
Cut to separate into wedges.
Makes 6 servings, 65 calories per serving.
