Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil (or less if desired)

Preparation

Mix well and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done.
