Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. cream (half and half)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add brown sugar and melt again.
Add cream and allow to boil one minute.
Remove from heat, beat in powdered sugar and add vanilla.
