Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (can use light or no-fat)
    cooked spaghetti or noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion and drain well.
    Mix in soups and seasonings.
    Simmer for about 30 minutes, covered.
    (I use electric skillet.)
    Cook enough spaghetti or noodles to feed your family.
    A few minutes before serving, stir sour cream into meat sauce and heat through; do not boil.
    Serve sauce over pasta.
