Squash Casserole(Yellow Summer Squash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small or medium onion, diced
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. cheese, diced
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (save some for topping)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with reserved crumbs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
