Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground veal
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 1/2 c. milk
6 egg yolks or 3 whole eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, soak the bread crumbs in cream and milk; mix meat.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
In a large skillet brown and cook meatballs in oil. Combine beef consomme (1 can) and heavy cream to make sauce.
