Blue Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 lb. butter or good quality margarine
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped or to taste (include some tops)
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    2 1/4 oz. pkg. sliced almonds, blanched and toasted
Preparation
    Bring cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter to room temperature.
    Mix together.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape into a log on wax paper.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Before serving, cover with sliced almonds which have been toasted in oven with butter.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
