Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine (reserve 1/2 for top)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything together and put in a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover top with bread crumbs and pour 1/2 of the margarine over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    This recipe makes enough for 30 people.
