Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded lettuce
    chopped green onions
    chopped green peppers
    chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked, drained and cooled
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    3 to 4 oz. grated cheese
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Fill a salad bowl 1/2 full with the lettuce.
    Make 1 layer each of the onions, green peppers, celery and peas. Spread the mayonnaise and cheese over top. Top with the bacon.
    Refrigerate 8 hours.
