Fried Peach Pie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe peaches
2 1/2 lb. sugar
1/2 pt. vinegar
Preparation

Remove seeds.
Chop peaches, peeling and all, with a food chopper until they are in very, very small pieces.
Boil sugar and vinegar until sugar is melted.
Add chopped peaches and cook until mixture is of spreading consistency.
Pour into clean, hot jars and seal.
Makes 5 pints.
Use as filling for fried pies.
