Savory Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. gravy base
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 large bell peppers
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips and coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown strips in oil in large skillet.
    Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
