Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 chicken breast
6 corn tortillas
5 guajillas chilies
1/2 onion
sour cream
cheese
Preparation

Cook the chicken breast and then shred it; cook the chilies. Crush the chilies and then put a little salt in the chilies to taste. Fill the tortillas with chilies, the chicken and chopped onion; fold the enchilada over. Put sour cream and cheese on top. Heat in the oven briefly or heat in the microwave, if needed.
