Hollywood Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 ___ grated cheese

Preparation

Boil potatoes in their jacket until tender.
While still hot, peel and roll each in melted butter, then in grated cheese.
Place in well buttered shallow baking dish and heat under broiler until lightly browned.
