Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 oz. pimento, chopped
    No. 1 can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat last 4 ingredients to dissolve sugar.
    Cook sauerkraut 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and drain juice.
    Pour heated mixture over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
