Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
10 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients.
Stir in applesauce, flour, soda and vanilla.
Beat at low speed.
Add raisins and nuts.
Mix well. Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
