Curds And Whey(Dravle) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cream or milk
Preparation
    Heat sweet milk until it comes to a boil.
    Beat eggs into the buttermilk and add slowly to the hot milk.
    When cheese settles, turn down heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn heat up and cook 1/2 hour or more.
    Add sugar and raisins.
    Thicken with cornstarch mixed with cream or milk.
    When cooking, handle very gently so as not to break the cheese curds.
    Use a wooden spoon to stir.
    You may turn cheese chunks gently several times while cooking.
