Cream Cheese Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
    With wire whisk, beat in 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs until blended.
    Stir in flour, salt, nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla until well blended, about 3 minutes.
    Drop 6 dollops of cream cheese mixture on top of batter.
    Swirl with a spatula to marbleize.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool pan on wire rack.
    Cut when completely cool.
