German Kraut Noodle Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans Steinfeld's kraut, drained
8 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (green onions may be used)
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling water with salt.
Drain.
In frying pan, braise onions in butter.
Add kraut and cook until lightly brown.
Add noodles to kraut mixture.
Add cheese and sour cream just before serving.
