Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. Calumet baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Kellogg's cereal with raisins
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
    Mix together cereal, cinnamon and melted butter or margarine; set aside.
    Combine sour cream and soda; set aside.
    Cream butter or margarine and sugar together, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla.
    Alternately add flour mixture and sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with flour.
    Pour half of the batter into a greased 9-inch square pan; top with half the cereal mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 9 servings.
