Chinese Noodles With Broccoli(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh ginger
    1/2 c. defatted chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    steamed broccoli
    8 oz. linguine
Preparation
    Heat sesame oil in a saucepan.
    Add the minced garlic; cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until garlic is just golden.
    Stir in ginger; continue cooking for 5 minutes.
    Stir in chicken broth and hoisin sauce.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 more minutes.
    Serve over pasta with a sprinkling of low sodium soy sauce and a scattering of chopped scallions or red pepper flakes.
    Toss broccoli with pasta.
