Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 c. bread crumbs (made from breaking up regular bread - Not the dry crumbs)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (heaping)
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    chopped parsley (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (heaping)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    Salt & pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Pick crabmeat, place in large bowl.
    Add parsley and crumbs. Beat together egg, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Pour this mixture over the crabmeat, parsley & crumbs. Mix well.
    Shape into balls - flatten.
    Fry until brown.
