Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 pt. heavy cream
2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (can also use sharp cheese)
1 pt. heavy cream
6 eggs
pinch of salt
2 pie crusts

Preparation

Drain spinach in colander to remove excess water.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
