Meatball Hoagies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen meatballs (Sam's)
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 family size bottle catsup
    32 oz. jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock pot for 1 1/2 hours on low heat. Serve on hoagie buns or your choice.
    For a large crowd.
