Tomato Herb Sauce With Crabmeat And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can whole plum tomatoes, undrained and finely chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can drained crabmeat
    1 lb. fresh scallops, drained
Preparation
    Over medium heat, heat oil.
    Add onion; cook until soft for 2 minutes.
    Add garlic; cook abut 1 minute.
    Add chicken broth and seasonings.
    Heat to boiling; cook 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes with juice; return to boiling.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat and scallops.
    Cover and cook until scallops are tender.
    Serve over pasta.
