Crock-Pot Roast And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family size roast
    several carrots
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    several potatotes
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Place roast, potatoes, carrots and onions in a crock-pot.
    Mix water, salt, pepper and flour together to form a gravy and pour over first four ingredients.
    Cook on low for 6 to 12 hours and on high for 4 to 6 hours.
