Barbecue Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 6 pieces
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Cut round steak into 6 pieces.
Brown slowly.
Blend vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, water, salt and pepper.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
