Mexican Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place chocolate chips, coffee and water in a 4-cup measuring bowl.
    Heat for 3 minutes in a microwave.
    Remove from oven and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat for 4 minutes.
    Enjoy.
