Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small baking potatoes
2 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened
2 Tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
paprika *
Preparation

Prick potatoes with a fork and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut potatoes in half.
Scoop out potatoes, leaving a thin shell.
Put pulp in a small mixer bowl and add cheese and seasonings.
Beat until smooth.
Add milk and beat until fluffy.
Pipe or spoon mixture into shells.
Sprinkle with paprika and place on cookie sheet.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
