Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 cup clean, fresh blueberries
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Stir dry ingredients together. Set aside. Combine egg, milk and oil, mix well. Remove quarter cup of dry ingredients and sprinkle over blueberries. Stir gently. Set aside. Combine liquid and dry ingredients, stir until smooth. Add blueberries and stir gently. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
