Swiss Cheese Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. kernel corn
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook corn in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain well. Combine corn with evaporated milk, egg, chopped onions, salt, pepper and shredded cheese.
