Marinade For Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. roast
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. smoke sauce
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Double all ingredients, except barbecue sauce.
    Mix and pour over roast and let it stay in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Open foil and cook 1 hour.
    Cool and slice thin.
