Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix
    butter,
    sugar and vanilla thoroughly.
    Stir flour and salt
    together; blend into butter mixture.
    Mix in pecans. Chill dough
    30
    minutes
    to 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Roll dough into
    1-inch
    balls
    and place on ungreased baking sheet (cookies don't
    spread).
    Bake
    10 to 12 minutes or until set, but not brown.
    While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar. Let cool and roll again.
    Makes 4 dozen.
    Don't use self-rising flour!
