Appetizer Ribs(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork spareribs, cut in half crosswise
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut ribs into 1-rib pieces.
    Place pieces in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover and cook at Medium-high or cook power 7 (70%) for 15 minutes.
    Drain fat; turn and rearrange ribs. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
    Cover; cook, covered, at Medium-high or cook power 7 (70%) for 10 minutes. Test for thorough doneness; add more cooking time, if necessary. Serve hot.
    Makes 36.
