Vegetable Appetizer Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 c. finely chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red pepper, carrots, onions, etc.)
Preparation

Open rolls and spread flat on two cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until slightly brown on bottom.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on grated cheese while crusts are still warm.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix in a bowl; spread evenly over the two baked crusts.
Add any combination of chopped vegetables and press down into the filling.
Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Cut into finger-serving sized pieces and serve.
Makes 90 small pieces.
