Court Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 lb. raw fish fillets
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown flour in oil.
    Add onion, bell pepper and green onion and saute.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 2 cups water, salt and pepper.
    Heat mixture throughout.
    Add fish cut into 2-inch squares and stir only once!
    Stirring will break the fish.
    Serve over rice.
