Ranchers Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
1 tsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 c. black olives, halved
24 to 30 dried tomatoes, halved
8 oz. grated Feta or Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation

Soften tomato halves using package directions; cut in strips. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
Add olives, tomatoes and oregano.
Cook 2 more minutes.
Add grated cheese and pasta mix until blended.
Serve.
