Chili Sauce For Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    1 2/3 c. chopped onion
    3 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    In large skillet, on low heat, cook ground beef until browned, constantly beating meat to a very fine consistency.
    Add seasoned salt while cooking.
    Pour into strainer to drain well.
    Use 3 tablespoons drippings and return to skillet.
    Saute onion until clear and tender.
    Add drained beef.
    Toss well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    When mixture reaches boil, lower heat to simmer for 1 hour.
    Quick cool by setting pan in ice before storing overnight in refrigerator.
    Remove solidified fat before reheating.
    Makes 30 servings.
