Oriental Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
4 bell peppers (2 red and 2 green), sliced in thin strips
3 eggs
1 lb. chopped meat
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
soy sauce
Preparation

Fry peppers, onion and carrots until onions are transparent. Put in large bowl.
Cook rice; add to bowl.
Brown chopped meat; add to bowl.
Scramble the eggs together and cook; add to bowl. Mix all ingredients together and add soy sauce until everything turns a nice brown.
