Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    1 carrot
    1 mango pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring syrup to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Let stand until cool and pour over cabbage mixture.
    Freeze.
    Will stay firm and not turn dark.
