Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. sugar
4 c. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box All-Bran or Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mixture may be refrigerated up to one month.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
