Fantastic Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (use any flavor, pistachio is great)
3 c. milk

Preparation

Combine first three ingredients, mixing well.
Press flour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; let cool completely
