Frozen Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. corn (cut off and measure)
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in half.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Mix bread crumbs with garlic and olive oil.
    Spread over cut tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
    Broil just until barely brown.
    Remove from heat.
    These can be done ahead, then put back in oven to warm through before serving.
