Round-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. heavy cream
2 eggs, beaten
raisins or chopped dates (optional)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Stir in cream and eggs; mix just until combined.
Stir in raisins or dates, if desired.
On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 to 12 times.
Pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
