Sour-Cream-Pineapple Coffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sour cream white cake mix
    1 c. brown sugar (packed)
    3 eggs
    2 small cans or 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. margarine
    cinnamon (optional)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix 2/3 of cake mix with brown sugar and margarine.
    Add cinnamon if desired.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sour cream and remaining 1/3 box of cake mix.
    Batter will be slightly lumpy.
    Grease and flour oblong pan.
    Put half of batter into pan.
    Cover with brown sugar mixture.
    Top with half of pineapple.
    Repeat layer and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
